The Grant Horticulture Arts & Crafts Garden

RHS Flower Show Tatton Park 2024

The Grant Horticulture Arts & Crafts Garden is a celebration of architecture, planting, and craftsmanship, inspired by the enduring creative principles of the Arts & Crafts movement. Designed by our team to feel both grounded and contemporary, the garden explores the relationship between built form and landscape, where structure, materiality, and planting work together in quiet harmony.

Drawing on traditional craftsmanship, strong architectural lines, and carefully considered proportions, the garden demonstrates how historic design values can be reinterpreted for modern living. Structured layouts are softened by generous planting, creating spaces that feel purposeful yet welcoming — gardens designed to be used, enjoyed, and lived in.

At its heart, the garden champions integrity of materials, attention to detail, and thoughtful horticulture. Every element is considered, from the way paths lead the eye, to how planting frames views and evolves through the seasons. The result is a garden that feels timeless rather than trend‑led, rooted in tradition yet confidently forward‑looking.

For visitors and potential clients alike, the Arts & Crafts Garden offers insight into our approach to design: gardens shaped by context, craftsmanship, and a deep respect for both plants and place. If you are drawn to gardens with architectural clarity, rich planting, and enduring character, we would be delighted to discuss how these principles could inform your own garden.
